How do I place an order?
You can visit our studio in Juhu, Mumbai by appointment only. Alternatively, you can send in an inquiry or order through the contact page on this website. We will get back to you regarding the time frame and measurements required.
How do I make a payment?
Payments can be made through Bank transfer.
Do you provide international delivery?
Yes, we do provide international delivery. Once the order is accepted and confirmed, we will let you know the charges for couriering the item to your country.
How do I return an item?
Our garments are all on a made to order basis. Once your order is processed, it is being made especially for you, so we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, we will make alterations if need be. Courier charges will be applicable for the same.
How do I know my size?
We offer a special measurement sheet on confirmation of an order and will require basic measurements from you that can be easily taken at your own home. The garment will be made to measure. Incase you have any questions regarding the measuring sheet, feel free to contact us.
Can I customise an order?
Yes, customisation is possible. If you would like to discuss colours, blouse style options etc., you can put in a note at the time of placing your order and we will get back to you. Alternatively, if you would like the entire outfit to be custom-made, you can contact us directly by phone, email or through the contact page of this website and we will get back to you.
How do I track my order?
Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a courier tracking number on request and a link through which you will be able to track your order.
What is the time frame for receiving orders?
Each garment is being hand embroidered and sewn, and each order is made to measure. Usually the time frame will be anytime between
2-3 months. Before you confirm your order, you will receive an email regarding the time frame to expect your order. You only need to go ahead with the payment if that time frame is acceptable to you. You can contact us by phone incase you need an order on an urgent basis and we will let you know if we can get it to you in time.
What are your delivery options?
The order can be couriered to your doorstep or it can be picked up from the studio in Mumbai. The option of coming in for a fitting after your order is ready will be open to you at the time you place your order.
Do you have sales?
Yes, we do have sales once a year, which is when we put our samples on a discounted price. Please follow us on Instagram and Facebook or check back on the website for updates on the same.
How do I get my outfit altered?
We generally keep a 2" margin in all our custom made outfits. Usually, if the measurements are accurate, the alteration is quite minimal, which most local tailors will be able to successfully accomplish.
How much time prior to my deadline should I place an order?
The sooner the better! Please keep a time frame of 2-3 months in mind, maybe more for a completely custom made design. However, you can always contact us to inquire if a shorter time frame is possible.
